By accessing or using MonteraHQ (the "Service"), operated by Good People Only Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
MonteraHQ is a social media analytics and artist management platform designed for music industry professionals. The Service aggregates data from third-party platforms (including Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) to provide performance insights, audience analytics, and management tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
The Service connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of data obtained through these connections is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by Good People Only Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good People Only Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
